A product specially designed for ICE EFFECT finishing using Dècoupage Paper or Paper Veil.
To be used as a finishing product mixed with the glazing gel and applied on the paper. Effect with surprising nuances.
Suitable for jewel work and decorations on glass or polished and surfaces.
It can also be used on printed films or other media, with a different final effect.
To create a textured effect, mix it with vetrificante in gel and apply it on a transparent substrate such as plexiglass or glass objects.
